About
Engineered in Bulawayo.
Built for everywhere.
Two co-founders, one shared frustration: African businesses paying global prices for software that didn't fit them.
Our story
Vertex Automations was founded by Dilon Murove and Mkhanyisi Sibanda in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. We started by building one website for one client. Then another. Then we noticed something: businesses across Zimbabwe and the diaspora were paying global software prices for products that didn't speak their language — literally or figuratively.
WhatsApp is how Africa transacts. EcoCash is how Zimbabwe pays. Sites need to load on 3G. Receipts need dual-currency. None of the off-the-shelf tools knew any of this.
So we started building our own. WhaBot for WhatsApp automation. SocialBot for social management. Custom systems for clients who needed software shaped around the way they actually worked — not the other way around.
Today we ship websites, AI assistants, ERPs, and automations for businesses across Zimbabwe and beyond. Every system we build is engineered to outlast frameworks and trends. Plain PHP. Plain CSS. Clean code that just keeps running.
What we believe
Ship something real, fast. Most clients are alive within 7–14 days. WhaBot in 48 hours. We don't do six-month projects.
Own your tools. We don't lock you into our infrastructure. Every site we ship runs on standard cPanel hosting. You can host it anywhere.
Africa is mobile. Everything we build is mobile-first. 360px viewport before desktop. 3G before fibre.
WhatsApp is the platform. Every system we build hooks into WhatsApp. It's where your customers already are.
Be local. Stay local. We're in Bulawayo. We know ZIMRA, EcoCash, RBZ, the Diaspora dynamic. That context shows up in every line of code.
